Delivery & Shipping
How much does delivery cost?
For filters, delivery is a flat £4.00 across the UK. If you order before noon on a business day, we aim to dispatch it for next-working day delivery.
How is delivery handled for spa covers?
For covers, shipping cost depends on the cover size and the delivery destination. Often, that cost is already included in the listed price.

Are your products good quality?
Yes — we use high-grade materials and modern manufacturing processes to ensure all hot tub covers and filter cartridges meet top-industry standards.

We aim to reduce waste in production and strive to make our processes as environmentally friendly as possible.

Can you make spa covers to custom sizes or shapes?
Absolutely. We can manufacture covers to almost any size or shape to suit your spa.
What if I need help measuring or selecting a product?
No worries — our experienced team is ready to assist you. Just send us an email or give us a call. We’ll guide you to the right filter or cover.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
You have **30 days** from delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in the original condition and packaging. Custom-made items (e.g. bespoke covers made to your dimensions) cannot be returned.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, we’ll refund the amount — credited back to your original payment method.
When are partial refunds possible?
Partial refunds may apply if:
- the returned item isn’t in its original condition or is damaged, or
- you return the item more than 30 days after delivery.
Who pays return shipping?
You’re responsible for return shipping costs, and those costs are non-refundable. If you’re returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable service or getting shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt.
Which items are non-returnable?
Bespoke items made to customer-supplied measurements are excluded from returns — unless there was an error on our part.
